MCBA is an origination for Marion County attorneys that focuses on the promotion of the spirit of cordiality and mutual respect among its local members, the goal of upholding and elevating the standards of honor, integrity, and courtesy in the legal profession, increasing the efficacy and efficiency of the Bar and the quality of legal services to the public, to cultivate and advance jurisprudence, to promote improvement in the law and judicial procedure, and to facilitate the administration of justice.

Rebecca S. Kueny is a board member for Marion County CourtCare, a partner with Mid-Valley CourtCare, which is free child care for children ages six weeks to 12 years in a safe, supportive, and quality environment. Children are spared from witnessing adult conflict, hearing harsh words, and seeing potentially disturbing scenes which could traumatize or even re-traumatize them.

Marion County Indigent Guardianship Program

Rebecca S. Kueny and Alana J. Hawkins are both passionate about the access to justice issues that impact our communities due to financial indigency.

Rebecca S. Kueny is on the court-appointed committee that assists with the Marion County program.
